Welcome to the Events and Scheduling Interface (EASI). You must be logged in to EASI in order to access the calendars and make requests. To log in, enter your COTR network username and password in the boxes at the top right of this page then click the Login button. Use the Help link in the left border to access the help documentation.

Phase 1

Once logged in you are able to view calendars for Events, Courses, Exams (Final Exams only) and Rooms.

EASI is also the new method for requesting a room booking at the College. The link in the left border enables you to Make a Request based on the date, time and room requirements. If you have booked rooms via the interface you can view or cancel your requests via the My Requests link.

Phase 2 (Fall 2012)

Faculty and students will be able to view their individual schedules.
